Q1: How to ensure wheel quality?

Answer: All of our products comply with JWL/VIA standards and have undergone rigorous impact testing, turning fatigue testing, and radial fatigue testing; Our factory has passed ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 TUV SFI JWL/VIA certifications.

Q2: How is your delivery time?

Answer: From the date of receiving the deposit, we will complete production within 35-45 days. If wheel molds need to be produced, the delivery time will be extended by 3-4 weeks.

Q3: What information should I provide for the quotation?

Answer: Usually, we need to know: car model and wheel size, PCD, CB, ET (offset), color, and order quantity in order to make the correct quotation for you.

Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?

Answer: We accept OEM and ODM with customer logos, wheel designs, and packaging designs.

Q5: What is your minimum order quantity?

Answer: For our existing molds, the minimum order quantity is 80 pieces/size/accessories, which can be mixed with 2 colors. If you need to design it yourself, we can discuss the minimum order quantity.

Q6: How to deliver your wheels?

Answer: We cooperate with highly reliable transportation companies and agents. If you do not have your own agent, we can provide you with assistance and advice on the most economical sea or air transportation methods. You can choose the nearest port or pickup truck from your store.
